[Challenge] - Collected treasures 02-2011

Here are my treasures! Although I have a tendency to be creative, but if I'm honest I did not want to stick as many shells. Next time will be written in pencil!
(photos I invite even higher)!

The notebook is filling up and the "wish list"! So many beautiful quotes I've read in January.

"Sleeping in Light" by Wolfgang A. Gogolin

it Worse than his fall and what better?
This condition, it daily, even hourly could put them out, was an incalculable risk, a chasm of desire. Green!
emerald green, sea green, blue or green ....
He sank in the color noise, a dived and got his actual condition.
Slowly he slipped away from the here and now. Sea green. The vastness of the sea opened, and he traded in the original state of the world. <<

>> hurts Forfeited be and inspires. Powerlessness and presence in one. <<
(The page I have unfortunately not recorded).

"Time will tell" by Mira stomach

know muschelnarbig and shivering.
they had not had reason to cry, now she'd been crying.
But if you have a reason, you will swallow your spit and back off.
Crying for sand and sea?
A privilege of poets!

Maybe later, when she would be old and all they performed against the crying now, would become obsolete - if the much sought comparison of our limited time with the immensity of the sea would have nothing more comforting - they would
maybe cry. <<

>> My heart was a closed room without doors and without a key. <<p. 78

new treasures on the shelf!

. were the day before the READ-A-THON Olli and me in the same center, and there are three bookstores there. What happened? You can not think about you! When I

Olli new edition "The Girls" by his favorite author was Stephen King's nose, the book was purchased. The traffic light was green light and I jammed all fix "The Light of the North" by Jennifer Donnelly under the right arm.

sits at ten clock Trisha still in the car her mother. At half past ten, it has lost in the woods. At eleven clock she tries not to be afraid. Not to remember that people who get lost, perhaps never return. Hunger and thirst, Mosquitoes and wild animals, loneliness and darkness - the terror of the forests Trisha has little to counter. And especially not that which has risen up to haunt them ...

The 12th July 1906 is a beautiful, sunny day. Until you make the drowned Grace Brown on the porch of the Glenmore Hotel sets. For the young Mattie, who keeps the letters of the dead to their loved ones, varies with this tragic event the whole of life ... Jennifer Donnelly, which was inspired by a true murder case, this novel tells the gripping story of a young girl, the Rural Close trying to escape their homeland - captivating novel development, criminal history and tragic love story at the same time.

most of all I would have bought more, but then I listened to my inner voice, thinking of my Snuk!

review "The blood of the lily" by Jennifer Donnely - still I'm intoxicated!

When Diane is to the place where her brother Truman tragically lost his life, she sees him. Truman waves to her one last time, the seventeen year old Andi sees the sparkle in his eyes. He looks so real, it is true. She runs into the street, want to hug him and stops. Around them the sounds of squealing tires, brake and sharp.
A woman rushes up to her crying, grabs the girl and shake her ...

She is in a trance - acting like - and all that remains of her brother she is the key, which she wears around his neck since his death. Andi does not care! Only the music they saved from the last step. In the middle of Brooklyn she kneels and takes her guitar out of a suitcase and plays until the fingers from the cold freeze - until she forgets the pain and dripping blood on the strings
Her mother Marianne is an artist. and seeps in their grief. Throughout the house, pictures of Truman. But the clear blue of his eyes do not even get thither Vinci, but she continued to paint and not registered to him. Letters are not open and not even the renowned St. Anselm School.

By submitting the final work could Miss Diandra Xenia Alpers, so Andi's full name, nor establish the conclusion. Selfsame letter received by the way also Andi's father, the renowned scientist award of the Nobel Prize in the field of genetic research. He comes to Brooklyn and what is it opens up there shocked him. Ado, he decides against the wishes of his daughter, Marianne in a psychiatric Hospital ward and Andi to take with him to Paris.

Once in Paris, it goes into the no man's land to Guillaume Lenôtre, an old friend and former fellow student of the Father, the one and only indulges the French Revolution. The courtyard is full of horse troughs, statues and stuff. The ground floor is like a factory. Boxes standing around everywhere, stacked to the ceiling. On the second floor, are living the "ghost of the old Paris", it says 'G'.
As Guillaume Andi learns that she write her thesis, her chosen subject, a contemporary of the French Revolution wants, he will hear everything. It's about the infamous composer Malherbeau. Quickly, he digs out a few books that could be useful Andi.

day, Andi tries to open an old guitar case, which can be opened only with difficulty. Ultimately, they sought it with Truman's key. It does nothing. She wants to give up almost as the key as if by magic, turns on its own. The lid opened and a sweet scent of clove approaches her.
found in a secret compartment to include a diary. On the first pages of a cry for help of the girl Alexandrine, the events has documented in the old Paris. This is the beginning of their journey to the 18th Century. Andi also learns about a fate similar to her very

opinion.
gushing words of enthusiasm out of me and I can only restrain hard to not to reveal too much. What is the reader expected a spider web of family, fate and the events of the revolutionary Paris in the 18th Century, in which open up many parallels to the particular person. Everything is woven together skillfully. It's as if you were in the middle of the action! You feel like Andi, when she reads the diary. You listen to their thoughts. I see the joy the pain, the sorrow and the anger! I listen to classical music, makes me dream, the uprisings in the old Paris, the misery, fear and all the filth of makes me sad.

only criticism are typographical errors that made me at such a fantastic work very . displease
I sucked not on the line, they picked on me and I devoured the writing! The writing style and language of the author goes deep. The words - so full of feeling - that it intoxicated me.
After this book is certain one: Read this book: You want more
What remains is to say to me!

Easton Sv12 Softball Bat Review 2010

[3 Read-a-Thon 2011] Final report on the day after!

fatigue was originally brought up at 6:00 clock. The letters become independent, and the concentration was stark. Clock at 7:00 I lay my bookmark in the book which I had read before about one hour. Rose clock to 7:30, the sun on the horizon, and I actually wondered whether I should continue reading, because I go to Annie O 'Sullivan Lips.
I could not let go, but the Sandman was a nuisance. My eyelids began to flutter, and I saw a blur.

my opinion, it does not matter how much you read, because it is everything! In between, I visited other literary bloggers, but not all, and this will of course be made up at a later date.

My review of "Still Missing - No escape" from Chevy Stevens is already written, to "The blood of the lily" I will write.

moment, I have my multi spilled juice .....
- what a SCH ....!

course, I added the 3rd Read-a-Thon 2011 a lot of pleasure. Many
new folks have been exchanged and met again.

Here are the findings: (to be entered)

There are not only positive to report. Whatever the reason, but for a blog, my comments, and in spite of the following other persons are not enabled.
At the netiquette, it is not certain. Everyone should want and do as he sees fit.
I, however, annoyed by the waste of time.

I am pursuing more than 100 readers to my blog and I'll share already now, that here in the first calendar day of the next month, held a great contest is. My First!

review "STILL MISSING - No Escape" Chevy Stevens

"My name is Annie O'Sullivan - and just as she wanted to hold out the hand of David, he tripped over a paving slab and fell and caught himself on the floor with his hands. She could not resist the dimples with the mischievous smile and was persuaded without much words to further open-house tour. From a visual standpoint it will appear to have a lot of money in their pockets. Inside, they tried it the object that was built in typical West Coast style to make, tasty. He was enthusiastic and the conversation became more relaxed on even more when he came to speak to his dog.
"Really, I have a Golden Retriever ..." It gushes out of her. As she opened the door to the terrace, her drilled from behind something in the back ....

blurb:
What would you do if you someone kidnapped in broad daylight?
If you have him extradited perfect? If there is no escape from this hell? Would you kill? And would be really all over?

Annie lives - but their lives have changed. It has changed! They will try again with a therapy. Far away from the Clayton case, because they must get out of this place and for that she does very well be a drive of 1 1 / 2 hours accepted. She knows the psycho-babble of the therapists and their habits. Only they determine the order and when they open their lives points out, then from the beginning. You have to tell her anything - because it is itself a psychologist after all they had gone through.

Just start the story, the one with burns each line under the skin. Annie talks about her family, her boyfriend Luke, with whom she wanted to meet for dinner on the day of the kidnapping of Emma and ultimately on the kidnapping and the psychological, the conservative braves her life was torn to pieces. From the cottage behind the mountains was no escape and she did what she told the landlord and his sadistic tendencies. Their fears Do you often constricted the air, but if they are not paying attention do not learn to interpret facial expressions and gestures would be correct, they would expect a bad end.

narrative and writing style are simple. Annie takes over the helm of the I perspective, the therapy sessions in the present tense, and about what happened in the past tense. The two approaches can in a chapter to each other and are easy to spot.

Conclusion This book is for me in the category 'psychological thriller'! Anyone who wants bloody sequences, which is perhaps a little bored. However, I liked this kind thrill so good that I had to take the book everywhere with. In a village I could just buck up again.
Chevy Stevens debut is breathtaking, sometimes frightening still. Man with a fever and hopes.

But now at last cortisone

After a week business trip abroad, the professor agreed only reluctantly, I was looking to study in Erlangen. The edema continued to clear and the epithelium is closed stable. A very satisfactory condition. The professor assigns finally on a drip steroids (dexamethasone EDO) per day. On Monday I will be at my eye doctor to check. Should it continue to remain stable on Monday then increased to 2x/Tag Dexa EDO. My next check-up then takes place next Wednesday in Erlangen. Here I will then get Avastin eye drops, to urge the blood vessels in the cornea back.

Reviews For Dap Aquarium Sealant

are again passed a few weeks since my last entry. These were characterized by joy and frustration of a closed re Erosia . Readers of the blogs I wanted time entries such as "closed" and "re- erosion " save.

Consequently I can now report the following: Since

17.02. the epithelium closed. In Erlangen, I received fresh autologous serum, which contributes to stability. Meanwhile, the cortisone dose was reduced to 40 mg / day, as the overall condition of the eye is pretty good. Because in the meantime have shown in a study in my eye doctor at the edge of the erosion dendrite-like branches , we increased the dose to acyclovir 5x400 mg / day - with success! In addition, since I give about 1 week 2 xtägl . and at night Regepithel eye ointment in the eye. This helps to drought well - especially at night.

now remains to hope that soon cortisone can be dropped, because the eingesprossenen blood vessels in the cornea are quite strong and can thus push back if necessary. In addition, this is the clearing of the cornea (edema) accelerates

Grease Mark On My Dress

review "Time will show" Mira

The sun rises and the sun goes down!

"Time will tell" by Mira stomach is a poetic work of art! A book
the fate in the life of an Israeli family - intense, quiet and deep.

>> The sun is high and bright, the sea saw that in the blinding light and Anna her dream: a bicycle leaning against the railing. A brief moment of ecstatic happiness - the first bike ride of their life, the little brother cheering on the rear carrier ...<<

>> "Go Anna, this is your day" <<

Thirteen-year-old Anna felt a fiddle, and forgot for a moment their motor disturbances. She was intoxicated, went into the pedals faster and faster. She fell and with it the little Tom, who opened with his head on hard asphalt. Now he lay there, motionless, with outstretched arms, ready to catch the sky until it reflected - the rain. But Tom got it with no more. No one knows exactly what happened, only that Tom, who was on the night the second name Chaim for the 'life' given, was in a coma. Anna silenced! The only witnesses were present at the gulls, the sky and the sparkling sea. People said he was high up around balanced on the railing and fell. But this is not the truth! How long will let Anna and absorb the debt in itself?

It is changed now it's all for them. But in this story will also change everything around Anna. She and Tom are the reason why forget the parents themselves. Dreams and the human factor, the problems of a married couple fall into the background and disappear into the shadows. Also, they are silent and guard their secrets. It is not only a particular issue, but you can see in the sky and cries out loud the WHY. All the time! When Anna was born, God had the little bit more oxygen held for her brain. The cock was simply turned off. It was like he wanted to do with the birth of Anna's sister, Naomi amends. She is perfect! Only God knows the answer to angel with broken wings.

Edisso was at the said Summer as a replacement for the family's own snack made on the beach. He is different than others, and he was feeling at that time considerably. He takes good care of his mother and to his siblings. He does all the things that take care of themselves usually fathers - where are they there. If the parents, Cheli and Mike were not there, Edisso should always keep an eye on Anna. Anna felt as if you pack them in cotton wool and keep protecting from further harm do. They rebelled against everything and everybody. Ask if they know something more precise about the accident, bypassing them by skillfully responds to other issues. It's like a flight of their own, but not only them fleeing from the truth.

spelling and writing style - Character
slips Starting with the accident, one in Anna's thoughts. Her words are not only to us as if they were crawling over the tongue of an adult. For a long time then one follows the thoughts of parents and other people who switch back and forth. This requires the highest concentration, because these mental leaps are not marked. Be it about the writing, a paragraph or each of the chapter. Is told in the past tense of the third person and into a passionate poetic language full of warmth that makes us be very close to there, considering the challenge.
Conclusion

is this book in all respects truly what one would call a EXOTICS. A carousel of passion and words that move and a deeply engaged. To understand the words between the lines, you should consciously accept this book for a long time. A jewel for poets, thinkers, and the romantics among us. The writing leaves much room for own interpretations. Mira stomach work I was not only thought-provoking, but to inspire them through and through can. Definitely recommended!

Ina and MIA - simply adorable!

9 Month Old Baby With Cough That Hurts

[12 books times] February - My reading habits

hours 12 books is a project of Bücherelfe and this time, it was back to answer some interesting questions.

first What time you read a book of 500 pages?
It varies, sometimes it takes 3-4 days and if I have little time for reading, or very much thinking about the writing, then it can take weeks.
second How long do you need for 50 pages?
Ca. 1.5 hours, sometimes less. With the 3rd READ-A-THON will take a closer I pay attention to it. Otherwise, my speed, compare with that of a snail!
third What do you do when you is not a book captures? Cancel or give one more chance?
If a book for example, of 400 pages and tell me not to page 200 captures but rather can be asleep, because the story is related to another, or unnecessary moves, too many typographical errors exist, to me the writing and style of language not appeals to ... - Then it happens that I finish a book in advance.

Last year I broke a single book early. In January 2011, it happened.
is something I do extremely rare and absolutely do not like. Only torture must be one not.
4th What up force from the reading? What speeds up the reading?
- profound poetic lines that move me to think.
- If I zutextet my friend. He can talk like a waterfall.

- a fluid style of writing speeds up my pace.
But if I'm honest ... I would like to speed up anything, I would like to read and enjoy!

Ancient paperbacks, often used and worn accordingly, have something attractive to me. Something magical! If it is not just a narrow browsing, it's nice to keep a bound book in his hand. The pages can be much more convenient from right to left and beat the spasm does not occur. The typeface is often different when you compare. The sides of each grade, feel smoother.

Olli says: "It all feels softer!" Hach, I could cuddle him and I do that now.

Amazon or bookstore?
I have certain books in mind, then I order online. To poke around it goes in the nahanliegende cozy bookstore. I must not make too often, for spontaneous purchases might degenerate.

Bookmark or dog-ear?
I do not wrinkle! Whenever I have a bookmark handy, because I'm traveling ..., then I pluck an old ticket stub in my purse and put these between the sides.

Order by author, title or disordered?
I order by genre and author. In the study there are books that are not sorted (my Chaos Regal) where books are next to each other randomly or stacked. Books I want to read in the near future.

It was Friday, I had earlier closing time and drove from work on the S-Bahn Bremen's main train station. The train was late and I had only 5 minutes to run at the track 9 . arrived by tram, I got out with suitcase, backpack and hand bag and tried on my boots Latvians to run through the snow. And I tripped over my own feet, flew in a high arc (slid), and with me the book, which consists of the handbag was because I did not have that closed. Ouch, that hurt! An Indian knows no pain, I thought to myself, dug it all together, ran up and caught at the last minute my Train. When I finally sat in the IC, I took out the book to inspect it. I was close to tears.

"The blood of the lily"

"Time will tell" is read out and bagged. My review will follow in the coming days and until then, I enjoy myself with "The blood of the lily" by Jennifer Donnelly. I must shut down to occur on the novel by Mira stomach to other thoughts. Unlike the book can be "The blood of the lily" read like a poem. Which means that you can not read between the lines. The lines are the loose spelling digested much faster - or internalized. But this book has a sad start. Andi is on the run for life. When she is at the place where her brother Truman tragically lost his life, she sees him. He looks so real, it is true. She runs into the street and stops. Around them the sounds of squealing tires, they laid a sharp braking so as not even out of life to which they willingly foregone tear.
A woman rushes up to her crying, grabs the girl and shake her ...

Later Andi will meet a young woman who shares her fate.
This story draws me like a magnet. I'm excited!

"The Tea Rose"
For my Histo-Challenge is already "The Tea Rose" is also prepared by Jennifer Donnelly and I will certainly start the termination of this beautiful book, just reading. But you never know, maybe I feel but then the desire to read something else and then? Let's see!

blurb:
London 1888 a city on the move: while in the streets of Whitechapel vice flourishes, dreams, the seventeen-year-old Fiona of a better future. As a packer in a tea factory proves the young Irish woman her feel for the most delicious exotic varieties and blends. But then Fiona has to leave her fiance Joe and build up in the New York of the turn of the century existence ... ...

exciting and full of sensuality, this novel tells the story of Fiona Finnegan and a great love of atonement, courage and passion.

"The Time of Miracles" by Anne-Laure Bondoux

"The colors of cruelty" by Joseph Zoderer
I decide I can not, for "The Colors of Cruelty" by Joseph procrastinator even blinks at me from the shelf and whispers to me to: "Read me, read me ..."
for providing the review copy I want to thank here at the Haymon Verlag. I guess "tea rose" is probably but still waiting.

Here's the blurb:

with atmospheric density and poetic clarity Joseph Zoderer tells in his new novel, a story about the possibilities of love and the wounds they propose, by the desire to have more than one life, and by way of a man to itself
have changed

Today I have reached the exchange point of Julia (Buecherquotes) what I "see I throw up the innocence" against. About Amazon I recently bought many used books that have been touted as new or good. And what shall I say, used of ten books, corresponded to three - the descriptions. When I read the book by Julia "I wanted you alive," pulled from the envelope, I felt a 'VERY GOOD' to hold in your hands.

because "I throw up the look of innocence" vorzuweisen very little sides, I've put a small book inside. I hope you will like "light diet".

Much love going to love you Julia! :)

"I wanted you to live" - A love in the shadow of death
a relentlessly open and tender book: Love in the face of death
The man returns to Germany back and will freeze to death in the mountains. The wife sought to - against him, against death.

>> You have been the axis of my life, his wealth, his multi-faceted, his joy and pain with you, and only with you, I wanted to share everything, even in the days of aging, and even in old age . So I had written to you on that very day on which you got in Jerusalem, the fatal prognosis, faßstest the decision to take your own life - and yet you dip test suddenly, three days later in my room overlooking the Wannsee . <<

Similar Mira stomach is Jürgen Nieraad, Literary scholar and philosopher, and I look forward to reading this book. Handkerchiefs should be definitely within reach.

PS: Sorry
Olli had brought a few days ago the disease out of school and already I'm lying flat, the reason I do not shine here at the moment due to the permanent post of contributions..

"The sun rises and the sun sets .... - I sink"

Mira stomach lines require the highest concentration and I sink in the minds of others.
`Time will show 'is poetry, melancholy, beautiful and gives the reader plenty of room for individual interpretation. I am currently on page 220, and the book had first set it aside to simply be able to durchschnaufen times and to internalize the thoughts of many people. A fascinating style of writing. Different, strange and yet so beautiful. "The moon is wild .... - I analyze and try to slip into the mind of the author to the title could also mean 'Doubt' or 'Fate', with me, 'Time will show' like better. .

you realize how thoughtfully this book makes me? The lines get under your skin! The whole book consists of beautiful philosophical lines and I still do not know how and where I will begin my review, if I have read the last page.

The first movement is certain:
"The sun rises and the sun goes down ...."

What I want to tell you,
But I'm still alive, I read .... and I'm not lost,
lost in thought!

I wish you all a wonderful weekend!

Greetings, Tanja

Cliparts Season Greetings

lemon and berries

much new has been created ... and I even managed to knit something for myself ...
a citron-lemon-cloth knit from yarn yarn ... very nice ... very nice, "delicate" suuuuperweich ... but a little small ... just goes around your neck ... and the basic shape of a semicircle, I think anyway, not as ideal for towels ... but I work in alternative ...

yes and then a dress form in my favorite ... raglan from above ... ... and a lot of fun little sewing ...

and here again lemon and berries together ...

and then the whole berries running ... with matching tights and matching boots, and more ..., the dress all by itself ...
